1. Introduction Welcome to Auberg De Vista("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including bookings, hospitality packages, and accommodations for both domestic and international clients.

 

By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservation

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • Online bookings require accurate details, including guest names, contact information, and payment details.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • Prices are displayed in EURO/USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or online payment gateways.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the selected package and timeframe.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made within24 Hrs before check-in may incur a fee (75% of Full Booking Amount)

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

 

5. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Standard check-in time: 12 Noon | Standard check-out time: 11.30 am.

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID/passport at check-in.

 

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Any damages to the property must be reported and may result in additional charges.

  • Smoking, pets, and unauthorized guests may be restricted as per our policy.

 

7. Hospitality Packages

  • Package details, inclusions, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Packages cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

  • Any additional services requested may incur extra charges.

 

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or technical failures.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

 

10. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

 

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Luxembourg.
